a couple of months ago, we were hoping for a groundbreaking in september, are things delayed a bit? Where are things standing right now? So um as you know, we um we signed the mou with the state um in March right? And then um so um at that point of time I was still in L. A. With the with the sales and marketing organization that we established there almost two years ago. Um then I moved here, I relocate here right away um to take care of the project. Um there's a lot of others, you know like preparation work that we have done. Um we have received a lot of support from the state and from the authorities here and also all the vendors and partners so so far what we have been doing is we are conducting the site preparation work. So if you visit our side right now it looks very different from March right now because the mass grading work is being done right now um and we are currently working with the state for required permits and also selecting our, you know like equipment providers, construction companies and all those things and then the moment that we get the permits will start the construction right away. So stay tuned for that. When do you hope that will be at this point? Okay. So um at this point of time it looks like it's still um we're hoping that we will get the permits and of the um end of this year and then we start um construction a little bit um later after that. So it's still following that, that plan, I was gonna say you did come in with a very aggressive plan to get this up and running by July 2024. Is that still going to happen? Currently is still the plan, but we will, you know, watch out the market, you know, um there are, You know, like some challenges with the global um, you know, supply change. Um so um currently the plan is still the same July 2024, but we'll we'll see how the situation in the market it's going. I know in Vietnam, the plant was built in a very short period of time, of course here in 21 month. You emerging from the like, you know, like from zero from the and you know, and the red land into the manufacturing manufacturing facility that it was the, we have a lot more processes here to get things done. Yeah, I know, I know that's why. Well, we work very closely um with the state's authorities and government officers and all of the partners to really following all of the requirements and, you know, comply with all of the requirements there. And we'll be there. You know, we've we've been to the plant there in Vietnam and seeing what it looks like. How similar will the one here look um what will we see a rise out of the ground there. Okay, So basically the plant here in NC State is going to produce um all of our E. V. S. Um products and also so we'll bring here the, have you seen the box in Vietnam? Yeah that's yeah the bus that we're going to produce here and also the E. V. S. So we divide the project into stages and the stage one is with the capacity and capacity of 150,000 car per annum. And it won't have similar shops that you have seen that what we are having in Vietnam. So we got the press and then we have body shop, we have um paint shop and we have general assembly and of course the offices and all of the um auxiliary facilities there at the plant as well. And then on the second stage we'll have a gigafactory and war will also have the battery, you know, manufacturing here on the second stage um in this manufacturing facility will it look as much like a resort as the one you have palm trees here. But yeah but there's a lot of pie trees, right? You know, so it's it's the side the location looks great and we are working with carries right now um to really also doing a lot of they are doing a lot of infrastructure upgrade, upgrading right now and we do our job in sight preparations and making sure that we're ready when the when the permit is there so that we can start the construction right away
